紫藤 - 龍井


龍井是綠茶之王,以採摘早春細嫩芽葉,通過高溫殺青,不經發酵的方式,用手工炒制而成。干茶外觀扁削光滑,沖泡後特徵是清湯綠葉,香氣清幽,茶味鮮爽,具消油解膩,怡情養生的功效。
Long Jing Green Tea  is specially pan-fried by hand from young, tender leaves of the early spring. Its distinctly fresh sweet taste places it among the most delightful of all green teas. The dried leaves are jade green colour, smooth and appear to be sword blades in shape. Tea steeped is clear yellow in colour with fresh and mellow taste. It is attributed with the properties of neutralizing the effect of grease, improving mental and physical performance.  


杭白菊,原產中國浙江桐鄉。歷史上與西湖龍井綠茶並提,是著名“茶用菊”。《胎菊王》乃杭白菊花蕾還未完全張開的時候,摘收下來的第一批杭白胎菊精製而成的上品。沸水沏開後,花瓣層層疊疊,花色潔白晶瑩,花香清雅撲鼻,古人稱為“千葉玉玲瓏”,色、香、味俱絶。胎菊富含木犀草素、胺基酸與微量維生素。 近來氣候炎熱,最怕上火,常飲胎菊,可以清熱明目、寧神靜思。
Hangzhou White Chrysanthemum originates from Tongxiang of Zhejiang Province, China. Traditionally, it is used to make tea which enjoys the same status as the widely-acclaimed Long Jing Green Tea. Tai Ju Wang / baby chrysanthemum (literally, the superior young chrysanthemum buds) are the top-graded Hangzhou White Chrysanthemum. When steeped in boiling water, the buds open up and unfurl into translucent white petals. This is accompanied by an elegant aroma, prompting drinkers in the days of old to describe these superior chrysanthemum buds as “lucid jade of a thousand layers”. This goes to illustrate just how wonderful it is in terms of appearance, aroma and flavor.
